Cookie notice

This notice explains the cookies and browser storage currently used by Property Rooms.

1. Necessary storage

pr_session (path /) keeps signed-in users authenticated for up to 12 hours. The isolated demo uses pr_demo_session scoped to /demo. pr_mfa (path /api/auth) supports platform-administrator verification for up to 5 minutes. NEXT_LOCALE keeps the active language until the browser session ends so locale navigation works. These cookies are SameSite=Lax, are marked Secure in HTTPS production, and cannot be disabled in the consent panel; authentication and MFA cookies are also HttpOnly.

2. Consent choice

pr_cookie_consent is a client-readable SameSite=Lax cookie that stores all or necessary for 180 days. It is marked Secure on HTTPS and remembers and enforces your privacy choice.

3. Theme continuity and optional preferences

Without optional consent, NEXT_LOCALE expires with the browser session and pr_session_color_scheme keeps the selected theme until the current tab is closed. With consent, NEXT_LOCALE stores the selected language for up to 12 months and pr_color_scheme stores the theme in local browser storage until consent is withdrawn or browser data is cleared.

4. Analytics and external services

Property Rooms uses no third-party analytics, advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Authenticated actions generate internal server-side product events without optional browser storage. Property Rooms does not embed external listing pages; after a user opens a link, the source website may use its own cookies. Any future optional browser-storage category will remain disabled until this notice and the consent controls are updated.

5. Change or withdraw consent

Use Cookie settings in the footer at any time. Rejecting optional storage removes language and theme preferences saved between visits without signing you out. The active language remains until the browser session ends, and the current tab keeps its active theme until it is closed.
